- we do not access or review the contents of files processed through the local browser-based tool;
- we do not store those files on our servers; and
- you remain solely responsible for your own files, outputs, backups, and local device security.

The Website may provide tools for consolidating, combining, processing, or organizing files and data. These tools are provided for general informational and utility purposes only.
We do not guarantee that the Website will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free, that output will always be accurate or suitable for your needs, or that the Website will be free from bugs, incompatibilities, or security vulnerabilities.
4. User Responsibility
- reviewing and verifying any output generated by the Website;
- ensuring that your use of the Website complies with applicable laws and regulations;
- maintaining backup copies of your files and data; and
- protecting the security of the device and browser environment in which local processing takes place.

- use the Website for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes;
- upload, submit, or process content that infringes third-party rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, servers, or related systems;
